About Us

Malligha Asafoetida Company (MAC) is promoted by Mr.K.B. Kandhasamy Nadar since 1996. We are basically an Asafoetida manufacturing company. Our parent company M/s Vinayaga Oil Company promoted by Late.Shri.K.S.K. Balasubramania Nadar in 1972 deals with all Edible Oils in bulk.

MAC our brand name is managed by the managing partners Mr.K.B.K. Raajaavel Kannan and Mr.K.Kamal Rajan with a team of smart professionals in all fields for the development of our company.

We emphasize on Quality products with consistency at all stages of production around the year. We deal in Asafoetida in more than 33 packing varieties as per customer needs in all parts of Tamilnadu, Kerala and around the world. We have a branch office at Kerala and distribute through our own distribution network.

Next to Asafoetida we entered into the field of Tabelleting Camphor Tablets from the year 2001. We have good amount of quality instituitional buyers from condiments industry all over Kerala with perpectual customers support for our asafoetida.

Besides this, we cater in the field of supplying Asafoetida powder and Kattikayam in consumer and bulk packings for instituitional buyers in their own brand name (private labelling) to distribute in their network already they have in hand.

Mr.K.Kamal Rajan is head of the marketing team and handles our executives in marketing and also takes incharge of the Kollam branch in Kerala. Ours is a fully-automated plant in which Asafoetida is manufactured through machinery. We work for 100% hygiene in our premises which ensures Good Manufacturing practice.

In order to maintain consistency in our products we regularly check our products at the registered labs. By this we can have the cross check done on the raw materials which are used to manufacture our products.

We also have a thorough check of our raw materials purchased from importers in Mumbai through these labs by which we manufacture quality food products round the year. Our products are manufactured as per the regulations implied in the PFA Acts 1956. Received ISO 9001 : 2008 Certification.
